"Sehr schönes und neues Hotel mit einer guten Lage in der Warf. Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir konnten am Abreisetag noch bis abends den Pool nutzen, da unser Flug erst sehr spät ging. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiter empfehlen."

"The reception staff were great. Excellent location and updated rooms. The bad - while eating breakfast I felt something odd in my mouth which turned out to be an inch long piece of twisted metal form a scraping pad. I showed it to restaurant staff and they took the plate away and never talked to me again."

"The front desk staff was amazing! The rest of the staff was not. Their customer service was terrible, they weren’t helpful with information about THEIR OWN hotel and amenities. The thermostat also suddenly stopped working so we couldn’t control the air. The speakeasy was so overrun with non-hotel guests that we couldn’t get in after paying almost $400 for one night. Kinda defeats the purpose of an onsite bar/speakeasy."
