"They put center air conditioner inside the room, the noise are horrible, and they didn't clean this unit at all brought the dust everywhere.
Don't give your credit card to the front desk, they will say just hold and temporary charger.Don't believe them, they charger me $249 for nothing called them didn't pickup the phone. Very hard to got you money back!"

"Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, allerdings etwas klein. Wir sind mit 2 großen Koffern angereist und hatten etwas wenig Platz.
Das Personal ist top! Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Leider haben wir etwas spät erst gesehen, dass die Reinigung nur auf direkte Anfrage erfolgt. Ein Hinweis an der Rezeption beim Checkin wäre hilfreich gewesen.
Ansonsten alles super. Wie typisch für die größeren Städte in den USA ist die Umgebung recht laut.
Die Lage ist ideal zum erkunden der Stadt :)"
