"Room was very clean. Staff was awesome and very accommodating. Only issue was the pool was closed for maintenance . Which was frustrating as I specifically choose that hotel do to the pool. I understand that things happen but a heads up would have been nice. One staff member working the bar was not very nice."

"Stayed here while I was in Miami apartment hunting, and it ended up feeling like a really comfortable home base during a busy and somewhat stressful trip. Hasan, one of the managers, stood out right away. He was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the guest experience. When I needed to extend my stay last minute, he handled it quickly and made the whole process seamless, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, and all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The valet team was also prompt and efficient, which made coming and going easy. My room had a great city and pool view, and the location worked perfectly for getting to all the neighborhoods I needed to visit. Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is chic great location... but there is 3 things that kind of important to me first and foremost they don't have in site parking extremely inconvenient they are in a very busy area is very had to get your suitcases our of the car it feels like you will be ran over ..2nd the rooms are extremely small they have everything you need for a night or two but definitely very small i fell like i was in a cruise last music in the area wil not stop till after 4 am superrrr annoying hotel breakfast overpriced otherwise ok i will stay again just because is very clean but definitely try to find a different option first "

"Great location and love the view of the Miami River. We stayed one night after a flight in to be close to Port Miami for our cruise. Shuttle service was great but beware the bus drops off passengers of multiple cruise lines. The port didn’t have easy connections from the individual terminals and the shuttle has to do a loop out for each one, this took some time with traffic. If your terminal is in the back you are first off the shuttle, if you are in the front of port you are last off the shuttle. Plan your arrival time accordingly, it was a great amenity for the price. "

"Overall not great. The pool was nice.. otherwise, do not recommend. Numerous communication efforts made with host before and during the trip without success which was very frustrating. Our trash was not changed for 3 days. Asked for trash bags and was not provided, told they “had no more”. Pool trash cash was overflowing, spare bathroom had no toilet paper which they did not refill despite being notified. Our bathroom water was ONLY hot.. bathroom sink and shower were only hot, had to brush our teeth with hot water. Asked for exchange bath towels and none were brought. Our beds only had a sheet, no comforter or extra blankets provided. Our shower did not drain, no attention given dispute asking. "
