"This is a wonderful property run by the kindest family. They gave us a ride to the park, were helpful with directions and gave my sister flowers and wine for her birthday which they noticed from her passport. The breakfast was amazing with lots of homemade baked goods. The location it is an easy walk to entrance 2 and there is a good dinner spot across the street. Would highly recommend."

"Accessible parking was excellent. Staff very helpful planning our trip knowing my husbands limited mobility and making transportation arrangements. Accessible room was great except for bathroom. Using the shower got water all over the bathroom floor and was very dangerous...very slippery! For breakfast they were slow to refill the food."

"Excellent staff, receptionist and restaurant- Lamar is A1. Laxmi is very courteous. Cook staff is very flexible. TV kept conking out, and AC was not on- we were asked to open the window- and we were right above where the tour buses park. Noisy. Especially when the tour bus is full of Chinese tourists- non stop loud noise. Difficult place to stay when the hotel is full of these buses. "

"No breakfast served even though described as a B&B. Place to cook if you want in our studio room. Mix up when we arrived. New owner late to let us in and for some reason did not have our contact information. Parking fine."

"This is great place to stay for visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. The room was large and felt very clean. The shower was all glass with sliding doors, tucked into a corner to save space. Nice towels. Breakfast was hearty and good. A good visit."

From the food cooked by the mother to the spot on directions from our host to Plitvice Lakes National Park, which you easily walk to, was all exceptional. "This is a very unique property and feels like you are at a summer camp/cottage. I just loved it! The restaurant was nice and the food was good including the breakfast. Location to the waterfall was close by so you could see it from behind. It is close to the national park as well. Very nice and special place to stay."
