"Halls smelled fresh, the staff was incredible. Always have smile. And waiting to help you if need be. We had breakfast buffett. It was good as well. Servers were nice and prompt. Did not hear much of any noise from the floor we were on. Staff was very accommodating to our request. Ac in the room was great. Sometimes overly great! But overall we will definitely have another weekend getaway from our everyday life here. Keep up the good work Omni and staff."

"I checked with my husband, who is in a wheelchair, and two large dogs. Their quick assistance in checking into our room was much appreciated. The valet service was prompt in bringing our car out when we needed it."

"The property is new, its great. But the TV is not set up for use, an there are no channels available. Also WiFi didn't work even with correct information having been input. These seem like small things but they are assumed to work, and when you arrive back to your room late, I dont have the patience to run these issues down"

"Plenty of free parking, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and met our needs. My grandson enjoyed the pool. It was too cold for me. Breakfast was average, but it was what you usually find when you get free breakfast with your lodging. The woman refilling the food was pleasant."

"I traveled to Rhode Island to attend a bridal shower for my soon to be daughter-in-law on Saturday, June 13th. My husband booked me a room at the Fairfield by Marriott, Providence Airport, Warwick for one night. While waiting to check in, a gentleman was discussing 8 or so large boxes that were delivered for him and being stored behind the desk. "Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"This place was over $300/night but it was like staying in a $60/night motel. The carpet throughout the hotel was filthy and also unvacuumed. The wallpaper was old and peeling. The room smelled awful, like dirty feet, likely because the carpet in the room was old and filthy. Also, the smoke detector hung from the ceiling by its wires. I’m not high maintenance or prone to exaggerating—this place was nasty."
