"The pull-out couch mattress was in completely unacceptable condition—springs sticking through like it had been pulled straight from the curb. To make matters worse, there was no bedding in the room for the pull-out couch at all. When I called the front desk, I was told I could come get it myself. After going down, I found out they were out of blankets and was handed an extra sheet, as if that was a reasonable solution. I ended up using towels for padding and to stay warm, essentially building...

"The breakfast was great. It is an old hotel that has been remodeled. The check in area and the room was good (bathtub could have been cleaner or should be replaced. It's dated and stained). Bed is decent. Bar Louie is attached to the hotel and is a great amenity (it's nice and clean as well). The front desk staff just wanted to get through their shift and get home. They seemed put out that they had to extend themselves to guests. The halls creeped me out a little. They are old, dirty...
