Cottage di Cumbria

"A lovely property just a 10 min walk from the centre of Ambleside or down to Lake Windermere. A great base from which to explore all that The Lake District has to offer. I would stay here again!"

"Lovely cottage in a great location for Cartmel village/races."

"Fantastic location but no parking space included was problematic. Car parks fill up quickly. There was no welcome pack or information about the property. The property decor was dated and cleaning was not up to standard. For example the dust and dirt behind the beds and tops of plug sockets, splashes of food and drink on the doors and no light bulb in the bedroom."

"Very tidy and cozy. The view is amazing !"

"Nice accommodation in a quiet location"

"A fantastic cottage with an beautiful garden. Plenty of space for our children to run around and hand fun"

"Highly recommend this place"

"Property had reasonable price. However guest at least expecting property to be clean. There was too many spider everywhere in the property. Clear haven’t clean it properly I had to spent an hour to clean which something you do not expect in your holiday. Location was perfect. Easy parking , Just 7 min drive from Windermere. There is local shop around so easy to get stuff."

"Location is excellent But for the price we paid… There’s no shower gel, no teas/coffees, salt & pepper shaker are empty No sponges for washing up There’s 2 flights of stairs to climb from the car park carrying cases up & down was difficult/dangerous Toilet flush didn’t work and Skye’s cottage- communication was poor- the chat says ‘an agent would contact you’ but they never, I had to call them when their office is open to get it sorted Check in? The keys were left in the lock at the...

"Small but perfectly formed! Clean, smart cottage very close to all the restaurants and amenities of Bowness. Beautifully decorated and kitted out and whilst small, it was ideal for two people for a short break."

"Beautiful cottage, wish we were staying longer. Will definitely book again"

"Great location and great, safe private parking spot. Cottage is clean, spacious and cosy. Cottage is a little old fashioned, and needs a bit of TLC but the basics are all there and some nice touches- milk in fridge, bread, butter, eggs, tea coffee etc supplied. Would stay again as reasonably priced for what it is."

"Fabulous time in a central location - ideal for couples and the accommodation is lovely and well presented Caution with the parking though - the entrance alley is so narrow, we had a mini clubman and it only just got through. It is clearly mentioned on the listing though and I would let it put anyone off from booking as there’s plenty of parking around Keswick"
