"Lovely hotel with fabulous friendly staff in a great location. On arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite with hot tub which was a lovely surprise. Easy walk down the hill to Bowness-On-Windermere. Just a bit of feedback with the Room. Not enough plug sockets in lounge area. The safe was located at top of wardrobe and neither myself or my daughter could reach. "

"Loved the position of the hotel, quiet and very well run. Well maintaned and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, very good choice and service. We thought the meal in the Brasserie was a bit overpriced, and not the best choice. We had a lovely trip on the Lake upto Bowness and Ambleside and had our main meals there. Blessed by good weather we had a wonderful time."

"Room on top floor. Lift was working. Twin room, room was a bit tired and could do with redecoration. Facilities were fine, tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was good, traditional or other available. Dinner was in the annexed bar. Food included in my hotel price and was very good. Good selection. Parking was available at a charge of 6 ounds per day."

"The hotel itself is great, with the dining area being beautiful & view great. You are paying for the view. The room was nice but for some unknown reason they put heating on at the height of summer. The window only opens less then a crack. Whist we did get provided with a fan the room was still red hot & as a result i was far too hot all night to sleep. We personally wouldn't stay again for that reason "

"Overall pleasant stay in a cosy garden room.Bit of noise from surrounding rooms could hear next door quite clearly taps running doors opening and closing also dog barking on other side.Really disappointed on top of room rate had to pay £15 to park car surely the fact weve paid to stay in the hotel over other hotels in the area that should be a reward to park car for free just think for the price for 1 night £175 parking would be included lets look at the obvious 7 nights times 175 plus parking...

"Pine Lake resort is in a beautiful location with easy access to the motorway and A6. The reception staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. The studio accommodation is lovely which is spacious, clean and has great facilities. All the things you would need at home you'll find in your room. I've stayed at the Pine Lake resort several times before and is always at top of my list for somewhere to stay in the area. Definitely would recommend here."
