"I've been to many high class hotel before but this one, really amaze me, their staff, food, services, room etc is absolutely GOOD. Even tough it is located at Labuan Bajo but their services is five star! defenitely would come back here"

The area is pretty remote though and if you fly in late, getting food is not an option, nor is getting transportation. But I was able to use Grab Food to get meals delivered to me. It's a good place if you're in for a short stay to do a day trip to Komodo."

"Pros: helpful and nice staff, clean bedroom and bathroom. Cons: absolute lack of maintenance, the hotel was build few years ago and since then there was no maintenance at all. Paint is peeling of the walls and ceiling, gardens without flowers, common areas look like construction yard, there is no space to hang around, sit together, etc. Fotos has been taken in the time the hotel was opened. Now it looks much different."

"The staff is super nice but the hotel was disappointing: we cannot hang by the pool, the bathroom was not clean with water everywhere, there was no space to put our things and there was a very disturbing chemical sent sprayed automatically all day and night long. "We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. "Hotel is very well located and room was very good too. But the check-in process was weird. We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and here on hotels.com it is written sleeps 4. As soon as we arrived they wanted to charge extra for making up the sofa bed and give towels to the kids. Nowhere in the site it is written this extra tax exists. So it was very weird. "In fairness before I booked i knew it was 23 miles away from the center but didnt think it was that far...because of the winding roads ir takes about 30 to 35 mins each way to the center of town and the hotel doesnt have a shuttle service. Taxi driver from the airport became my driver the entire time there so it worked out! Staff was super friendly and the restaurant ( Bajo Banana) had some amazing sunsets and good food.
