"I stayed here for 5 nights and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The rooms are outdated and have a strong musty smell from humidity. The dehumidifier leaked a significant amount of water onto the floor, making it slippery. My daughter fell because of this, which was very concerning. "The villas are a little far from the beach ao the whole time i had to drive to the beach. Alsa at the beach club you have to pay for the beach chairs 6 dollars and for the beds $90 dollars at least the chairs should be free for guests."

"Very nice staff. Clean apartment. Take the airport transfer service at a cost. It is cheaper than the airport taxi. Definitely need a car to move around to locations as it is located in a nice but quiet residential area."

"Just don’t book book this hotel unless you want to be disappointed. The snorkel g is decent and some staff were ok. Odds are you won’t get what you pay for when you book. We were robbed of our ocean front room. Had to change rooms 3 times over 2 days to get working AC. Most people we spoke with didn’t have working AC in their rooms and had to use fans which helped but rooms stayed in the high 80’s anyway. Food was terrible at buffet and restaurants. "First time staying at a boutique hotel and have zero regrets. The staff knew our names, very accommodating, approachable and so helpful. The rating says 3 star but it is way better than a 5 star hotel in my opinion. We love the location and neighborhood. The pools were private and tranquil after a day of beach hopping. Will definitely stay here again."
