"My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Concord, North Carolina, from May 9–11, 2026. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing Hilton property experience we have had in the area. "We just went here this weekend for a couple days to get away and do some antiquing. The rooms are very nice and everything was clean! The staff was amazing! The only thing that I was upset about was that the pool was closed. I didn't see anything about that when I booked the room. Also, the television in the bar leaves little to be desired. They need to really upgrade that or connect it to the internet. Other than that it was wonderful! "
