"When we asked to check in at 1:15 PM, they said check-in was at 3. Do not come early. When I came back to check in after 3, she said I already was there to check in. Reminded her I still need to check in. Room smelled of smoke and someone on the outside was fixing his bike until 3 AM. After checking out, no receipt given. Breakfast was amazing as it had a lot of options."

Staff friendly and efficient. Very quiet even for Friday night. I initially questioned the safety of the neighborhood, but all was good. Breakfast was yogurt, cheese, cereal bar and coffee. It was skimpy, but sufficed. Would stay again."

"I had not stayed at the Comfort Inn in Gunnison before. The facility was convenient and well-priced compared to the alternatives. I had stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Gunnison many times, but it was not available this time. The Comfort Inn Express was very adequate for my needs and less than half the cost of the Holiday Inn. The breakfast was just as good and well maintained. Parking lot was well lite and safe. Restaurants and Walmart very close by."
