"Wish the pool was a little warmer and the hot tub needed more water. It was less then half way full. Our room had a weird drywall patch area on the wall and it was dated. Not a bad experience, just needs some updates. Breakfast was decent as well"

"My spouse and I chose the Baymont Inn and suites in Northwood,. Ohio mainly ,because of the reasonable price and that it included breakfast. Upon arrival, we found our room to be clean and the staff helpful. The hotel was near a great selection of places to eat and convenient stores for everyday needs . "We did not like our stay. There was a hole in the sheets and the refrigerator defrosted everything overnight. Apparently, turning off the lights also turned off the refrigerator. Find a better place!"

"All staff were very helpful- particularly when I left an item in my room.. they found it and sent me an online process to have the item returned I gave only a four stars as someone — not sure who- overrided my handicapped room reservation— we were given a room that was for hearing impaired, which does not work when you have a broken ankle. But the other staff really made up for it by their help and we generally really like staying at Home2"
