"Staff was fairly attentive to the challenges we had with our first room and were able to switch us into a new room within the same hour. Second room though had outdated air conditioner that did not cool the (very hot) room down until the next morning. Will not be staying here again"

"The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the back gardens is a big plus. Margaret is very accessible and helpful. Her garden shop is a lovely place to browse. This is our third stay and we will most likely return if visiting in the area."
