The room was beautiful! I stayed in the Presidential suite because the price was so good. It was a very spacious room and bathroom was large as well. I had a refrigerator in the room which was also a great thing. The room was a bit chilly and the space heater didn’t do a good job of warming it up. The staff was also sweet and helpful. The room is on a very loud and chaotic alley though and the party goes on all night.
The hotel was lovely, located near the center of the Pueblo. The breakfast was amazing; eggs made to order and the coffee was good. It was beautifully designed and the night view that we had from the fourth floor was quite a sight from the balcony. The decor was very nice, tasteful done. The room clean and spacious. We were delighted to have found such a wonderful place. We didn’t know how grateful we would be for the earplugs that were placed by the side of the bed. It is a “party city.” The music was blaring until nearly 5am. It was charming the first night. lol. It’s the only reason we are giving it 4 stars. Just something you should know before booking it. Even as I think back, you should just do it, and wear the earplugs. lol.

Very good hotel and very good staff! The place is clean, has character and is excellent BUT…..it’s located behind the wall from a very very loud night club and the music goes on till 4-5 am. The hotel is trying to solve it by providing guests with ear plugs but they don’t really help. If you don’t mind partying all night, stay here! If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, I’d look for another place.
The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything, and 1 min away from Plaza de Armas where all the tours begin. Elizabeth the afternoon receptionist at the front lobby was great! The hotel is very accommodating to needs and they will pack you a breakfast bag if you let them know for the days the tours start at 4 am. I was very pleased with my stay.
Fantastic stay at Cusco! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was great and relaxing. Great location and delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again!
Only downside was the nearby bars at night- but having the tv on at night helped!
My stay. Here was absolutely wonderful. The staff the cleanliness. The Location to the Plaza Armas. I stayed in a superior room which has a large king bed TVs with Wi-Fi. Beautiful bathroom. I read of the reviews. Almost all of them were really good. But Summer, one stars because it is on a little alley. That has some bars that apparently there’s noisy at night. I didn’t worry about that on the review because I often put sleep music on and have a little speaker. I will absolutely stay here. Next time I’m in Cusco.
Quaint clean defiantely local and great stay clean rooms, modern bathroom. Enjoyed the location for lively local feel. Evenings were loud because of bars. They did supply ear plugs. Really enjoyed hotel.
Location is great because it’s very close to some main attractions, but it’s on the party street so you have to be able to sleep through music blasting until 4am. The bed was rock solid, but everything else about the hotel was great!
Smack downtown. Most lively Street in Cusco yet, the rooms were quiet inside.

Great service and friendly staff. It is a noisy area so if you are a light sleeper it might not work for you. But after a day of touring I was too tired to care. The entrance doesn’t allow for cars to drive so you will have to walk from the plaza. Most taxi services we worked with helped us with our suitcases so it wasn’t too bad. Also they stop check-ins at midnight so make sure you get there before then.

The place is beautiful and clean. The location is good during the day but at night it is too noisy. Staff is super friendly. Sadly it we couldn’t stay longer so to the noise.
The hotel itself was very nice. The beds were comfortable, they provided coffee & various teas and everything was very clean. But the main reason for a hotel is to get sleep. The hotel is next to several bars that have live music. It starts at 7pm and doesn't stop until around 5am - prime sleeping hours. The music is very loud with the bass coming through the building. The hotel does provide ear plugs but you will not be able to enjoy any quiet time or watch tv during those hours. It's a shame as the hotel is very nice. If it was in a different location, I would have given it 5 stars.
