"Clean hotel and check in easy. However, not sure why when there is an event at the hotel (wedding) people who are not involved are put in rooms where they are disturbed by noise."

"Clean and comfortable room. The was a rail missing from the shower screen door, leaving two holes. This allowed water to cascade onto the bathroom floor. Other than that, the room was very good. Parking is convenient and safe, We didn't have breakfast as we didn't like it when we stayed previously."

No air conditioning, however, provided a fan but not needed. The weekend we stayed cooler weather conditions. The room was spacious, clean. No fault with this hotel would come back again. "Nice restaurant and the food was very good . The staff were a little distracted and you had keep asking for things . There was no shampoo or shower gel in the room. I had my own but strange there was none available ."

"It was good , as it had free car park , shops near , and quite enough space within the room . Bad stuff within the room was the tv was very old so could do with update. Was lampshades in the room however, wasn’t no switch around anywhere . And the bathroom lock was very hard . Plus the bathroom outlet wasn’t good as bathroom would get soaked from shower ."

"I booked a girls weekend to celebrate my 45th birthday. There were 9 of us. I booked all the treatments online and emailed the staff at the spa who confirmed everything. The ladies that did our treatments were really nice and professional. The hotel was very clean, our rooms were nice too. All staff were helpful. Lots of car parking available. My only criticisms are: 1) As the building is listed, there is lift available. We had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. Staff did not offer any...
