"The hotel stayed was marred by a fire on our first night. The room was not accessible for 3-4 hours while the fire was put out. We stayed the second night only to continue to smell smoke even though hydroxyl generators were running during the stay. Both management and corporate customer service refused any refund, discount or voucher."

"Horrible, fire alarm beeping all night, hot tub had plastic garbage in it, non smoking room smelled like cigarettes, telephone in room was not working, we had no water between 4pm to 6pm on a Saturday evening, staff was generally nice but manager was rude when we complained!"
