"Booked it as a family member is in area for medical care. Booked two queen beds, only got a king. The staff were very helpful to remedy this situation. Online reported parking is included and onsite, which it is not. Then after getting dinner, we discovered the TV did not work for channels. "This was a terrible makeover on a hotel that's been worn out. The floors were creaky and dirty. None of the ice machines worked. The rooms smelled terrible. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. For that price I would look at a different place to stay."

"We stayed in a pet-friendly room, and I was surprised how it did not have one pet smell; the air was so clean. I do recommend that besides lemonade on the roof, they should have a container of cold water at all times for guests in their lounge, even if it’s charged."

"Check in took 45 minutes; they blamed Expedia and charged me more for the realigning balance than what my receipt said. The Club House is nice and modern. You can tell the campers are beaten up: doors do not close, chipped wood on doors and cabinets. Dirty floor only swept not mopped. Broken rails on the deck."

"Had a great stay with my family. Only drawback were the thin walls. Each morning we were awaken (5:30 A.M.) by the small children next door running and yelling. Outside of that I would stay again and recommend Tides but with that warning."
