"Location was the best close to the ocean and a short walk to shops and restaurants staff was ok I forgot a few tops in the closet and no one would help me to get them back other then that it’s a good place to stay "

"Very good location, walking distance of the coves. So much shopping nearby. Also near a very safe part of town. Rooms cozy so would recommend one person to a room with one bed. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would come back. "

"Th hotel staff was great. Upon arrival we were told we didn’t have ac but they offered a refund right away, and kept us updated. They provided a fan. It wasn’t too hot so that was helpful. Only down sides the gym didn’t open until 8am (but run outside it’s a beautiful area) and they are doing construction so lots of stuff everywhere but didn’t bother us. A heads up would have been nice though. Will return when we come back to visit family. Great pool, breakfast and area!"

"The parking was safe and easy, the housekeeping was kind and friendly, the front desk didn’t make me feel welcomed and we had to wait until 4:40 pm for check in so past check in time even though they told me it was ready. It was my birthday weekend and the staff wasn’t the best at pivoting any special requests. Will not stay again."

"Loud DJ on rooftop. This hotel hosts weddings on their rooftop from 4-10pm. DJ was so loud that we could no longer sit on our balcony and enjoy the beach and waves sound. Room was definitely nit in working order. Restroom door was off the hinges and wouldn't close. Faucets were loose from wall. Curtain on sliding door was stained and torn. Area was safe but sliding door did not lock. Elevator was annoyingly slow so we took the stairs. Front desk Sergio was pleasant and kind and so were the valet...

"So the pool and hot tub were under construction, but they did offer a transport to another close pool if we wanted. The location was perfect, they staff was super helpful. The restaurant was completely booked and we didn't realize it was reservation only but they offered us carryout. The only complaint I really have is that it was super loud, the walls were like thin or our neighbors were loud! Also the screen on the balcony would get jammed and we hard to open and shut. Otherwise it was a great...

"Great beach, coffee shop, restaurants everything is close. The pool small and not working and no hot tub. Location great and room with Oceanview very nice. If you want location an excellent spot if you want amenities like a pool go somewhere else. "

"Stayed at Hyatt Regency La Jolla for one night. Overall a good experience for the price. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were normal and helpful when needed. The restaurant food was tasty, which was a nice bonus. Nothing overly fancy, but solid value for money. Would consider staying again."
