"The rooms and reception were great. The bar/restaurant was extremely understaffed. One waitress to take orders, serve food, clean tables, and accept payment for the bill. Dirty tables remained unused for over 15-20mins."

"Very large, clean room and the parking spot underneath the room was really helpful. We slept so well! The only downside was that there is no public charging point for electric vehicles on the large parking, only private ones for some room types (not ours). Also no public chargers closeby."

"Friendly staff. Helpful when we needed to change language on our Netflix to English. Room was very clean but small. We only spent one night for transfer to airport. Shuttle was convenient and only had to make an appointment. $5 Euro per person for shuttle. 10 minute drive to airport. Milan airport is very crowded so good to go 3 hours prior for international flights."
