"Horrible! We had three rooms and each room was nice enough and clean, but that is where the good ends. We had had various maintenance issues. One room had to switch rooms because the sink collapsed into the cabinet, the fan and light above the stove weren’t working, the kitchen sink barely drained and the door lock would stick. Our daughter’s room had her garbage disposal break and sink/dishwasher not work plus her shower stopped working all in the same day. That was fixed, only by the good graces of the maintenance man Nate. The staff was mean and not helpful. The did not care about the issues with the room and it was always a battle to get them to do anything. We also had two packages lost by the front desk that they couldn’t find mysteriously. The property outside was not on the best shape, plus the property is split into different building. It was a several minute walk outside to do laundry. Overall, never again will we stay here "

"Bed bug alert! At first glance the hotel seemed to be clean enough to spend one night while my parent was hospitalized at Cleveland clinic. The staff was nice enough and you truly get what you pay for. However when I woke up in the morning there was a bed bug- live crawling on the bed. I had checked the mattresses the night before when I first arrived and no signs. The front desk clerk was very nice when I presented the dead bed bug. She said they have done things to get rid of them but it happens. They gave me trash bags for all my belongings and said they would reimburse my room. However they never did what they needed to on their end for Expedia to refund mr. Despite calls to the hotel. My $59 room cost a purse, suitcase, and clothes that needed to be thrown away. Bad choice on my end- you get what you pay for."

"I paid for 2 rooms in one the tv didn’t work and the other I had a hard time getting in the room I had to keep getting the key fixed. The next morning the police road around my car then followed me when I pulled out saying that the staff called them saying it was a suspicious vehicle that wasn’t staying in the hotel I had to pay to get my car back because they towed it the staff kept watching me and my family every time we left or went outside to our car it was terrible the original lady that checked us in I believe her name was Ashley was the nicest one other than that we were treated like crap she is the only reason we stayed. "

"This is a great option for an early or late flight. There is a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, versus some hotels only runs every hour. Also, there is a restaurant/bar on property. Rooms are spacious and staff was extremely friendly. "

"there was a bed bug on one of our beds but they switched us to a different room right away even though it was late at night. sometimes it can be loud, especially during the weekend and since the main lobby is located in the center of the building and all the rooms face inwards towards it. "

"There was hair throughout our shower, not our hair. Not what I wanted to do to clean a shower when I got in late. I did it myself because their standard of clean was leaving hair, I’ll do it myself! "

"Had to ask several times for housekeeping. I stayes 10 nighta and had ask for towel, trash to be emptied, had to ask for coffee several times. Elevator broke down the day after i checked and was shutdown for a dag. Had to take the stairs to the 4th floor and i have a heart condition. One elevator broke for entire stay. Breakfast on the first saturday i was there ran out of plates and silverware by 8 am. Had to eat breakfast with plastic forks spoons and knives. We pay amd excellent ezperience. I travel an extra 30 minutes and passed by several hotels. 30 minutes from the ix center. I paid because i love drury but based on this experience i may not stay again. "
