"Room has a bad smell."

"First let me say if you are looking for a uniform standardized chain hotel experience this is not the place for you. However, if you want a truly unique and amazing stay with history, charm and personality I highly recommend Vineyard Hacienda. "Everything about our room, breakfast, surrounding was fabulous! We will be visiting again very soon."

"The room was clean. The electrical outlets leave something to be desired, especially the ones next to the bed because they would not keep my wall charger in place to charge my phone. The shower door would not stay closed and would slide open a few inches for some reasons. There was an odor coming from the bathroom sink, the drain pipe might need to be cleaned. Breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly and positive."

Cons: There was mold around the edge of the tub and no accessible bathroom available, so I couldn't shower or bathe. I never did get warm water to come out of the bathroom sink faucet, although the bathtub faucet...

"The staff’s are all helpful, kind and friendly. They all greet with a smile. Room is clean and comfortable except for the pillow that’s not fluffy . Breakfast is good with choices to choose from. Will definitely come back and book again here."

"A plain and simple lodging for sleeping and resting that was the lowest price point for two days. Clean, uncluttered, freeway close, tv, air. Best part is the concierge at the front desk. Very friendly, very helpful, explained the charges and procedures very thoroughly and clearly. I’ll be back."
