"I didn't use the laundry facility. I didn't feel safe. Not only is this property a hotel, but it's an extended stay facility, which is fine but I wish I had know before booking. I booked 2 rooms, 159 & 161. Room 161 was not ready for occupancy at 3, it was after 4 that I finally got into my room,and it had a strong order of vinegar. Room 159, had some serious problems. The toilet backed up 2 times and had to be unclogged. The sink in the bathroom was very unstable, loose and I felt it...

"My reservation was canceled when I showed up at the property. They didn't call or email me to say this, I had to drive 1.5 hr to find this out. They told me they will refund and this was on 3/6. After 72 hrs, there was no refund. I called Expedia and got no refund after another 72 hrs. I finally called again to finally get a full refund. Im glad it was canceled; the neighborhood was not the best. I would be afraid my car would be broken in. The owner/receptionist stays in the handicap room next...

"My first impression it looked a little rough parking was a little sketchy found the front desk person in the liquor store that’s connected to the hotel but once we got our key card the rooms was clean and wash room was easy accessible, place was quiet at night "

"The room was clean, but old. The people were wonderful. Everyone working there was really nice and helpful. The breakfast could use some protein, but what they had was good. I couldn't get any news stations on the TV, but that might have been because I'm of the older generation and can't work the equipment like the kids can. All in all, I enjoyed my stay."

"Rooms and building are dirty, outdated. Elevator stinks. There are splatter marks on the ceilings that can be ketchup or blood. Old TVs and furniture. Major construction in front of the building."
