"The issue is that the AC unit was loud and that curtains would not completely block out the light from the outside. I tried all night to get curtains to stay completely closed but was unsuccessful. A bit pricey for not being able to sleep well during the stay due to the mentioned issues."

"Stayed the weekend for a concert, the Hotel was amazing extremely clean, smelled refreshing, the staff were very welcoming Our room was pristine, clean, organized and cozy The TV was excellent I love how simple and easy it was to log into my streaming apps and the TV’s resolution was I believe 4k? The picture was crystal clear The included breakfast was super nice, and the included parking is very convenient! The surroundings outside were clean, and well taken care of. It’s amazing how the...

"Everyone was extremely helpful. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful. I would definitely book this hotel again in the future."

"El Cajon was a good location to travel throughout San Diego County. The hotel staff were very pleasant. The hotel stay was within my traveling budget. I had to leave two days early and spoke to the hotel manager and was told getting a refund would be a no issue. I should expect one. What troubled me, unnecessarily, was that Expedia sent me a message stating as a business they were sorry I was declined a refund; which was completely erroneous and misleading and aggravating. So, I don't plan on...

"Beware these hotel rooms are infested with bed bugs. When I got up in middle of the night for water, I saw about a dozen bed bugs all over the pillows and sheets. I picked up as many as I can catch and put them in a cup as evidence and took them downstairs to hotel front desk and showed them to the attendant. He was not surprised or shocked, he simple said I can move you to another room. In the second room, after checking all the sheets, pillows and mattresses I found several dead bedbugs on the...

"The hotel itself is fine but the parking situation on Friday nights is impossible to deal with! There are hundreds of high school kids and In and Out burger takeout line customers flooding the parking area. It took us over 15 minutes to find a spot and deal with the mess. We complained to the front desk, along with another customer, about the situation. She was unable to help since the property shares the space. Her only. response was that was why they don't charge for parking."

"Room was clean, but slightly worn (carpet to hard floor was frayed)."
