"This property is located in a new housing area, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from shop lot and a shopping mall nearby, many restaurant available. The property is very clean and tidy, cosy and big space for big group, 4 rooms with 1 king bed, 3 queen beds and each room with private bathroom. The dissatisfied was they did not provided hair dryer, the wifi signal unstable, the handphone signal weak and unreachable inside the house maybe because of this is a new housing area. "LIKES: 1. The building/floor was by secure access. 2. It was located close to the to CBD. 3. A monorail line ran in front of the building. 4. Suites were located above a 3 storey shopping centre. 5. A large variety of food outlets in the building and in the general area. 6. Swimming pool on 15th floor. DISLIKES 1. No reception and no access access post 10:00pm. 2. Room furnishings and kitchenette were very basic. 3. Evidence of some cigarette burns on furniture. 4. How to rectify door...
