"I would stay here again. I drove to NYC and was able to find parking.
I don't know about the breakfast part no info was given to me when I checked in. They just told me what floor, and that's it. So I would say maybe they can work on that, informing their guests what they have to offer, if anything, or at least ask if I have any questions.
Walls are thin, so you will hear everything, but it is NYC, so I was expecting that.
Other than that, I think they are ok and the room was clean, so yes,...

"The room is clean. The room was cold even though I turned up the heat. I have no idea why they are blasting the ac in the beginning of November. I wanted to do an early check in and it was 50 bucks or else I had to wait till 3pm. There is a fee listed on their site for late check in and late check out but i did not see one for early check in so i was pissed. It was 5am when I get there and they had me sit in the lobby till 8am I was genuinely so tired I paid it anyways as for parking i didn’t...

"This was my second stay at The Renwick and this time was as wonderful as the first time. The front desk staff was amazing and helpful. My husband and I needed to check-in earlier than the regular check-in time, and Judy (I believe that was her name) was very accommodating. There was a charge but it is so worth it. I would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Had an excellent stay here. The room was clean, and spacious by midtown Manhattan standards. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I didn't ask for laundry or housekeeping services, but I frequently saw housekeeping tending to common areas and other guest rooms. The air conditioning unit worked well, and the room was incredibly comfortable. Can't beat the location, as it's less than a 5 minute walk to Grand Central Station. Plenty of great food within 2-3 blocks. The area around the property...
