"They have very soft towels. Good location. Groceries and restaurants w/in walking distance. However, they ran out of toilet paper; had no dish soap for dishwashers or to hand wash dishes. In fact, have a note posted that their dishes are not sanitized. The third floor smells like urine, (pet floor) as does the entire stairwell. Thankfully they were able to move me to 5th floor. A huge improvement from 3rd floor. Apparently, the new management is working on improvements (kudos!) Price should be lowered until more is updated. Looked like they started w/2nd floor."

"Unbelievably filthy. The floors were dirty and there was unswept hair. The bedspread was stained. I will never stay in a Baymont again. "

"The property was ok but overpriced for what it was. If you want breakfast, get there WELL before it ends at 10, or there is nothing left (I managed to feed my kids one day out of four that we were there). Housekeeping was inconsistent. The outdoor pool was not clean. The hotel backs up to a Walmart but it was quiet. There are two "highly-rated" but awful cafes on the same street. Food choices for anything decent close by are limited. Check in time is late and check out time is early. "

"Staff was kind and helpful, the pool was in fantastic shape and clean. The hotel itself was fine. Moderately clean, but very hot. The A/C in our room cut on and off all night and never really cooled the room down, the breakfast area was so hot you could barely sit in there to eat. It was a fine place to stay on a budget "
