"Very helpful and met all our needs!"

"We picked this hotel specifically for the king size bed and trundle bed combo. There were no sheets or blankets for the trundle bed, and no blankets available at all for the entire time we stayed there. We were told other guests stole the blankets, and they didn't seem to care that a lack of bedding took away the value of the room. At no time during our 5 day stay did they try to provide a blanket, even after calling the corporate office to make them aware of the situation. The breakfast wasn't...

"The front desk staff is very experienced. The location is still great as being close enough to the airport, downtown Detroit, Dearborn, and actual neighborhoods. Only had one issue with reclaiming a left item."

"The room was clean, but the bedding didn't seem to be washed, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs before 9:00 AM. The kitchen was clean, but the refrigerator was rusty on the outside, but it worked well. I went there to use the pool, but it has never been open per the staff. I was disappointed about that."

Thankfully our room was pretty decent and clean, our friends room had a very damp musk smell to it and questionable white stains/marks on the head board of their beds"

"Out of five stars, I'd say this is a two-star motel. But then, the price reflected the rating. I didn't want to pay a lot. The main elevator was broken so guests had to use the freight elevator. One of the beds in the room had a broken corner, the doors on the closet were broken, and the latch on the bathroom door was broken. The bathroom was fine, but the tub shower drained very slowly. The air conditioner did work and was adjustable. There weren't any USB ports in the room. I didn't...
