The most amazing attentive staff, attention to detail in everything they do from decor, spa, service, and a pillow menu, great location, relaxing pool… I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. It really blew us away! Have stayed in numerous relais chateaux properties and the service and care was on par or perhaps better!"

"Loved the location and the staff were amazing and helpful. We stayed 3 nights but wish it was longer. So close to all the main sights of hoi an- 4 from beach but about 10 minutes walk to everything else around. Room was a good size and we had a balcony overlooking the river. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was good. Pool area was great (undercover from sun). Staff gave lots of good information and were always helpful. Would stay again. "
