The staff was absolutely wonderful and always so pleasant to work with. We love the location, nice rooms, the breakfast was delicious every morning and the pool upstairs on the rooftop was spectacular. Highly recommend this hotel and we may be back soon.

We had a perfect stay. Excellent beeakfast with amazing selections, wonderful Staff, especially Rora, She made my mom feel important. The air conditioning works well. Even the hallway is not hot. The afternoon tea is a nice treat after a long day . The location is nice. There were plenty of restaurants near by as well as a great money exchange place. I highly recommend it.

This was a great property to stay at during my stay in Da Nang. It’s walking distance to the beach and the staff took care of us during our stay. The only thing I wished was different was the afternoon tea. The items available during breakfast were just recycled for that time. Would have been nice to have a selection of teas and different pastries.

We loved our stay. All the staff goes above and beyond. Bobby, Ryan and everyone we encountered were all happy to assist us with recommendations. They have amazing breakfast with a lot of options and great coffee and afternoon tea which we weren’t able to use. Nonetheless, we absolutely loved our stay.

We had a great stay at Luxury Lotus. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had the most to do with Amy & Bobby who were wonderful ambassadors for the hotel. The breakfast has plenty of options and the afternoon tea pool side is a great way to relax. Rooms are spacious and right across from the beach. A lovely touch on international Women's day was staff presenting a flower to all the women at breakfast- a reflection of a hotel that genuinely cares about their guests. We would happily stay again
