A great family run hotel

A really great family run hotel. It is situated slightly out of Hoi a but this meant it was quieter and just a short walk along the river and you were in the centre again. Really lovely rooms, great breakfast and a really lovely swimming pool. The staff were friendly and could not do enough for us, very welcoming . A great hotel - I would recommend it.

Amazing hotel that is excellent value for money

Amazing hotel with fabulous rooms and beautiful pool with lovely plants. It looks wonderful at night when it is all lit up with coloured lanterns. It is a real steel for the money. Accommodation of this quality normally costs more than double.

Nice hotel with poor service

A really nice hotel let down by the service. We were upgraded to a super nice room for the duration (5 days) of our trip, this was awesome. The room was amazing and the bathroom too! The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, we usually had it near enough to ourselves. The hotel is a bit out of town but the hotel will call taxis and they are fairly inexpensive. The main let down was the service. They are so understaffed: the receptionist has to deal with check-ins, pool-side service, cocktail making, etc. This makes everything excruciatingly slow. Plus the staff struggle with English. Breakfast was crap. We asked for 3 different types of juices to be told they had run out even though we could see them in the fridge ! (Due to inexperienced waitress). The food was the same everyday and we had to chase our cooked to order items. If you can deal with the lack of service then this hotel is a bargain.

In overall, our stay in this hotel was perfect. It opened a few months ago so the rooms are new. Moreover, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The decoration is nice and it has a pretty swimming pool. Despite not being in the centre of the town, the hotel provides bikes and it takes around 10-15 minutes to reach centre having a nice ride.
