Would not recommend this hotel

I don’t know why this place has such good reviews. These pictures are misleading. The bathroom didn’t drain until we called housekeeping, after which it still did not drain. The bathroom smelt like piss. The beds are uncomfortable. The ac did not work well. There were stains on the bed sheets. However, the staff was helpful and friendly.

A home from home

Memority Hotel, Villas and Spa was our home for 4 weeks (myself and 2 married friends) and what a wonderful 4 weeks it was!! Top of the list is the staff; beyond friendly and helpful, they are true friends. If you have never visited Vietnam it is difficult to explain how fantastic the people are, you probably have not seen this anywhere else; so, by their standard the Memority staff were exceptional. Next is location; perfect for everything downtown/oldtown Hoi An for those on foot not wanting to take on the insane motorbike/scooter traffic. OK, the new villas and spa are very nice and great value. The hotel side, however, looks and feels a little 'tired' but at the price it is difficult to expect more. For customised tours and 'out of the ordinary' tourist ideas they are tops. My ratings are based on many years of UK/USA-based travelling (so higher expectations) to give a more balanced (critical) opinion but the staff of Memority were a major contributor to a month of special memories for me. Memority Hotel and Spa review for family visit.

I enjoyed staying here for 2 nights but my parents couldn't stand the smell of mold in the air in the room It wasn't that strong though. Staff was friendly. We borrowed the bicycles for free It`s including the price. It was fine considering the price. Valuable price. Breakfast was just okay considering the price. The location was fine. you can walk to get to the Old town. It takes about 15mins by walking. We found some small ants in the bathroom.

到着した時は違うホテルかと思いました。この写真はプールサイド側から撮ったもので、正面玄関とはイメージが異なります。スリッパはあるが、マイスリッパを持参すると良い。朝食は良かった。シャワーの排水が悪かった。全体には満足できます。 ホテルでツアーを申込、しかし時間になってもピックアップされず、スルーされていたことが判明。ツアーバスまでタクシーで追いかけツアーに合流した。もちろんタクシーは無料。対応が素晴らしかった。

It was close to the old quarter and with the free bikes we were able to get around easily.We had also hired motorbikes from Hue so the off street parking was great. The only complaint I would have is the linen was a bit grubby and compared to the other places we had been was a surprise.Also walking up the stairs all the time a lift would be great but I am aware that’s being picky in Vietnam.Overall it was lovely,staff were lovely and helpful even the cleaners and grounds man were smiling and friendly. The aircon was good and bathrooms were clean and western style(no shower over toilet).i would stay here again if I came back

Not a good płace to stay!

If you want no stress chose another hotel. The pictures provided on their website are not up to date and the hotel needs refurbishment. We paid for a room with breakfast. When we came to the restaurant it was closed. The receptionist informed us there were not enough guests to prepare the meal for us. She gave us approx. 4USD but it was not enough to buy a breakfast in any nearby restaurant!!! When I told her about it she replied that I booked a cheap room (25 USD per night) and I should be happy with their offer. We had no warm water in the shower. It took them two dys to fix it. When I told them that I would write a complaint she offered to pay 50% for our taxi back to the airport. When I asked her to book a car she informed me that all their drivers refused to bring us to the airport. She ordered a taxi from another company. We received no refund for a taxi as promissed!!! The receptionist told us that the transfer would cost max. 400.000 dongs but finally, we paid 570.000 dongs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL.

추천하고싶지는 않네요

방은 좁고 곰팡이내가 났으며. 에어콘은 망가져서 안되길래 프런트 갔더니 방이 풀북이라 내일 바꿔준다고하고는 다음날 다른 프런트직원이 또 체크한다길래 어제 체크하고 바꿔준다고 했는데 뭘 또 체크하냐니까 또 체크하고는 그제야 바꿔주네요. 건물이 오래되고 창 없는것은 미처 내가 확인못한거니 그러련 했으나. 벽이 마무리가 안되어있고 냄새나는건 참을수가 없었어요. 조금 더 주시더라도 다른숙소 추천드립니다

Very cheap but unpleasant

I guess you get what you pay for sometimes. The room was one of the cheapest hotel prices in the area but there was a reason, the room was pretty dreadful. Staff could hardly speak English, which I didn't mind but I had to ask them to show me where things were as they were simply trying to.continue to explain in poor, broken English over and over. I was told breakfast wasn't included but the best day when I checked, it was so missed out on that for one day and on my last day, the water in the bathroom didn't work at all.

Relax stay

Room was clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds. The pool in the hotel wasn't very big but it was enough. The hotel was 20 minutes away from the city centre on foot. There were some restaurants and stores near by and it was quite convenient. Breakfast at hotel was decent and simple. Recommended.

Great hotel in good location

Great hotel with friendly staff situated between the beach and the old town. Pool and use of the free bikes were the highlights.

Can’t beat it.

Fantastic room and cleanliness. Pool area and bar were class. Location is perfect - 20mins bike ride (on bikes provided by the hotel) to the beach, 15min walk into the heart of the old town. Couldn’t beat it.

Séjour agréable dans un hôtel niveau 2 étoiles

Il s’agit d’un hôtel proche du vieux centre, un peu plus d’un Km, mais pas suffisamment proche pour s’y rendre à pied avec les enfants. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses, les lits confortables pour des lits vietnamiens! Seul bémol la propreté pour nous qui n’était pas à la hauteur, des salles de bain vieillissantes mal entretenues. La piscine bien que petite est agreable, de même que la salle de billard et Baby foot. Il ne faut pas se fier aux photos des sites de réservation qui ne sont pas du tout actuelles. Rien à redire en revanche du personnel qui est très agréable et prévenant.

Khách sạn có hồ bơi và gần phố cổ hội an. Đi bộ khoảng 15phút vô trung tâm. Có nhiều quán cafe, tạp hoá gần khách sạn. Có điều phòng có mùi, máy lạnh chạy không ổn định, phòng tắm có bồn tắm khá cao. Dép đi trong phòng quá cũ.
