"Guys, I am not complaining; I am just stating facts. Excellent location. All the stores and some restaurants are around the hotel; you can walk if you like. But they are in the middle of renovation. So you will feel it. The pool was closed, the elevator was all taped up, and my room door did not lock. They came and tried to fix it, but it was not fixed. One fact no one will change is the sink is located outside the bathroom and in front of the bed, which I hate. Breakfast mainly is some bread...

"The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing. Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect."
