"There were no amenities. No onsite garden bistro, no bottled water. The room was clean, parking one block away. Check out dismal. I checked out early 7:00. The staff member did not respond when I greeted him. When I placed the room key in the appropriate bin I said, I hope you have a lovely day. He did not look up or respond. My granddaughter was stunned as was I ! We will mot stay hete again"

"This was an AMAZING hotel that we just happened to find! I needed a wheelchair accessible room due to a recent broken leg. The suite was absolutely PERFECT. Had dinner and breakfast there and both were delicious! All of the Staff went above and beyond and were SO friendly and helpful. We will DEFINITELY be returning to this great find!"

"We were there for 6 nights our beds were never changed there was blood splatter on the bathroom wall, rust all in the shower. Trash was only taken out once and no liners in trash cans. We had to go to customer service 4 times to get our own towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. Room was never vacuumed or swept the sink was dirty when we arrived and there was hair all over the floor. Only one elevator worked and the parking garage leaked all over when it rained. "Overall, this hotel was a decent place to stay, though a few things could be improved to make sure rooms are fully guest-ready before check-in. When I first walked in, the room had a musty odor, and I noticed small reddish-orange stains on the bedsheets. I tried calling the front desk to report it, but found that the phone wasn’t working. On top of that, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly. Housekeeping responded quickly and swapped out the sheets, but the phone wasn’t fixed until the next day...

"The fabric on the headboards of the bed was peeling and the baseboards were scuffed. Our single room had an adjoining door to another room and we could easily hear the discussion of our neighbors. The foyer also had a damp, funky smell."
