"The hotel is in a great location downtown. We were in a recently renovated room that was nicely appointed. Unfortunately the bathroom had a rather overwhelming sewer smell. We asked the front desk to look at it two different times. On the second day a very nice maintenance man came to assess the problem. He did do some work on the toilet, but the smell remained. The front desk did not seem to be concerned about it. We thought most of the staff that we interface with were rather pleasant, except...

"Charming spot and the valet and front desk team were lovely. However, our room smelled musty and there was no hand soap in the bathroom requiring us to pump body wash from the shower every time we washed our hands "

"Air conditioner good. Bed creaked so badly we had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep. Flood lights shone through windows with difficulty drawing curtains and blinds inoperable. Bath clean and supplied. Furniture worn and needs repair. Hair dryer very old and weak. Noise from below invaded. Nice try for history but not worth the price. "

"Valet parking is difficult and expensive, we couldn’t get the trash taken out, and every 15 minutes or so all night something clanged… so while the hotel is pretty… no real sleep at all."

"We had a non-smoking room, there was an interleading door to what was a smoking room so everytime the smoked in that room smoke came into our room around the door. We also saw cockroaches inside the room and in the common areas."

"My stay was great. My plane arrived early and i was able to get in my room at a reasonable time. Shuttle was great right on time."

"The room was not in good shape at all. There was a large gap under the door that you could hear the noise and also let a breeze in from outside. No utensils or anything for the kitchenette area. The outlet in the bathroom area didn’t work. The bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder. The shower rod was hanging on by a thread as well as the vent in the ceiling. Also the checkout time was 11a not noon as you have on your site. "
