"There was only 1 elevator working the whole weekend. All of the guests were discussing it as we left today. Apparently, people were riding up with their luggage just to have an option at getting in with enough room to go down during checkout. At some points, there were 30 minute waits!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Quirk! The service is wonderful, the design inspiring, the food delicious, and the overall feeling is that of a Southern Paris. We could live there! Instead, we made some purchases at the gift shop and took dozens of photos to direct the re-design of our home in Toronto. everything will be pink! Thank you to each and every Quirk staff member who made us feel special and cared for. Our only recommendation would be the installation of accessibility buttons to open...

"The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing. Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect."
