Enttäuschung

Wir waren vom 10. bis 11.7. in Ihrem Haus „Nordsee-Hotel“ in Dagebüll im Zimmer Nr. 5. Leider hatten wir einige Unannehmlichkeiten: 1. Eine Verstopfung des Abflusses der Dusche und Toilette, die dazu führte, dass es zu einem Rückstau von Fäkalien aus dem Abfluss kam. 2. Aus dem Duschkopf kam morgens nur kaltes Wasser 3. An der Balkontür fehlte - trotz Vorrichtung - eine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, sodass wir mit dem Aufgehen der Sonne nicht mehr richtig schlafen konnten. Beim Auschecken haben wir Ihre Mitarbeiterin über die Missstände informiert. Sie hat uns gebeten, mit der Chefin aufzunehmen. Trotz dreier e-mail-Schreiben und einem Fax kam bis heute keine Antwort.Obwohl wir uns bewusst darüber sind, dass technische Probleme nicht auszuschließen sind, würden wir in diesem Fall eine Kosten- bzw. Teilkostenerstattung erwarten. Die Unterkunft ist daher absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen C. Dopichay

Trotz bestätigter Bestellung des Zimmers,bei Ankunft niemand zu erreichen und Zimmer nicht vorhanden. Nicht empfehlendswert, wer auf korrkte Abwicklung steht,lieber anderes Hotel suchen.

Mieser Start in den Urlaub

Hatte 7 Monate zuvor ein Zweibettzimmer reserviert und erhielt letztendlich eins mit einem Bett das noch nicht Mal 1,40 breit war. Auf Nachfrage keine Bereitschaft mir zu helfen. Musste ernsthaft zum Volksbank Automaten laufen da ich bar zahlen musste. Und das in der Pandemie. Quittung erhielt ich erst auf Nachfrage. Telefonanrufe wurden nicht beantwortet. Bett knarrte furchtbar. Sauberkeit mangelhaft, Flecken auf Bettwäsche und Sofa, Schamhaar im Waschbecken. Die Dame im Frühstücksraum war freundlich und das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Es wurde laufend aufgefüllt.

Das Frühstück war super gut. Es gab eine super Auswahl zu dem Preis. Leider war bei mir im Zimmer die eine Jalousie defekt und so konnte ich für die Nacht nicht verdunkeln und wurde morgens jeweils frühzeitig von der Helligkeit geweckt. Bei der Dusche war die Schiebewand defekt. Beide Sachen wurden leider nicht repariert. Die Fernsehsender funktionierten zum Teil auch nicht recht und das Free Wlan war sehr schwach, ich konnte dies zum Arbeiten nicht brauchen.
