"The TV did not work at all and there was NO help to fix it. The AC was unacceptable, as it was a portable unit that prevented the curtains from fully closing and was VERY loud. When I expressed my concerns and my displeasure with the room the front desk attendant did NOTHING and simply said “we don’t have any other rooms” So I was forced to stay BUT I WOULD NEVER recommend this hotel. "I would not recommend staying here, especially if traveling with children. The hallway/room smelled like marijuana. The tub was so dirty that I would not wash the children in and only stayed in the room long enough to make another booking. Area was not safe at night as well. Staff stated that they would confirm my concerns, however did not and I was unable to receive a refund. Very unhappy with the whole experience!"
