"Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities at Leisure centre were great my grand daughter really enjoyed the swimming pool and putting. Beautiful surroundings which the were fantastic for walking the dog. Trim track could do with bit of maintenance for safety reasons. Our villa was in a good spot and had all we needed apart from Hairdryer which seemed to have disappeared as the box was there empty. Some paintwork needed refreshed but this did in no way spoil our enjoyment of the...

"Central yet car friendly, short walk to V&A and Discovery, numerous places to eat nearby (including an in-house option). Loads of thoughtful extras including a fan for warmer days, flannels, hot chocolate, chilled water...and a duck. Room serviced daily; spacious and well-decorated. Pool and sauna very clean; much appreciated after a day walking around St Andrew's. Staff efficient and welcoming. No internal noise although Tay Bridge traffic somewhat audible with window open. "Nice clean rooms. Breakfast was great. Nice grounds. Staff were lovely. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool.
Not many negatives, but our room kept stopped working 3 times, in a 1 night stay. I had to nip out to the car, and ended up not being able to get back in to the building. Also, when others are entering the building (was a separate building with just bedrooms) the doors rattle really badly. My daughter kept thinking someone was trying to get in the room.

"Arrived at hotel early evening. Had problems from beginning i.e. trying to log in to pay for parking, enquiries re breakfast. Staff do not know anything about parking, restaurant and leisure facilities as they are all owned separately.
Have stayed here often over previous years but sadly it has gone downhill.
However, the room was clean, bed and bedding was very comfortable and bathroom/shower came with soap and toiletry sachets.
We didn't get breakfast as it didn't look worth paying £14. ...
