"Staff was very friendly. Clean enough for a budget hotel. Walls are PAPER THIN and can hear regular conversations and televisions easily. Workout room has equipment that is severely in need of work (and could be dangerous to someone if not addressed). Not close to much via walking distance. If you need a room for a quick stay, the basics here are fine."

"Property was very dirty, everywhere. Trash in halls and dead bugs in elevator. Sheets wouldn’t stay on bed so we kept waking up on the plastic mattress cover. No towels in the room. Went to desk to ask for them but they ran out so we got two hand towels and two wash rags, for our family of 4. "

"The rooms were dirty, looks like they didn’t sweep the floors, also when my children got done at the pool I had to dry our room floor the towels turned black from the floors… bathroom ceilings leaking, toilet wouldn’t flush was told they couldn’t do anything unless I checked out, the security guard and the bar manager were really nice and they apologized and said it was an embarrassment for that to happen. "The staff is very nice. The room has an older feel and smell. The shower is very slippery. They don’t have regular bottle water to buy. It’s a great place to get to and from the airport. The shuttle runs at the top of every hour. "

"Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in. When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. We didn't even unpack. We found another hotel and I went to turn the key back in and told them we would not stay in a place this disgusting. The lady at the desk just told me "no refund" and took the key and closed the little passthrough. 1 star is giving them too much credit. "
