"I arrived and had to call because I never received the email with how to get in complex nor did I receive the apartment number that I would be staying in. I had a guest show up to help me unpack my bags and he had a service animal and immediately the owner of the condo contacted me by phone to tell me to have my guest leave although I emailed the documentation that the dog was a service dog and that this person was a guest and they were not be staying, I made reservations for 2- but had to force...
