"To start, the hotel was insanely busy, but that doesn’t change the experience we had. I booked this hotel to have access to their water park area for my kids, which closes at 7 in the spring. We arrived just after the check in time and even using the valet, it took 45 minutes to get through check in. It then took almost an hour just to get in to an elevator because of how many people from the convention were trying to use it at the exact same time. "Staff was super friendly and the building and room were clean. This properties only downfall is their location next to the highway. The road noise is pretty loud even at night. They do provide ear plugs and a white noise maker, but something to know if you're a really light sleeper."
