"Nice hotel overall but my key stopped working twice and I was on the 10th floor, had to walk back down to lobby with my 5 year old, super exhausting and frustrating! Prices are kind of high and they include taxes and gratuity when billing you and tells you nothing! Still haven’t received a final bill and new charges appeared on my account from hotel!"

"I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Las Colinas. There is a lot to love about this hotel. The property is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were exceptional.
