"we had to cancel our second night and go home earlier to SD than planned as there was an emergent family illness-the staff was very helpful/we so appreciated them and the call to Expedia-Anna esp on mon the 15th at the front desk was wonderful"

"The property is undergoing renovations at the moment, so it's not surprising that it's not as tidy as other hotels. However, that didn't present any issues as it was very quiet during the evening and night time, the staff was very pleasant, and the rest of the property was clean/tidy. The breakfast was the normal continental breakfast... pancakes, eggs, sausage, English muffins, bread, cupcakes, cereal, apples and oranges, and yogurt. I unfortunately can't eat 95% of that due to dietary...
