"Great stay. Clean facility and professional staff"

"Staff was very welcoming and helpful, Room had water seeping through laminate flooring not sure if it's from cleaning or the ac leaking under it. Only eggs at buffet breakfast was hard boiled. Would have been nice to have a hot tub after a long days travel. Could use a few more seating at pool area, currently only has two tables. Restraunt across parking lot( urban farmhouse) was super convenient and food was very good and affordable."

"As soon as we walked into the lobby, the place stunk horribly bad. There was only a shower and not bath tub in the room. I had booked two rooms which one room had two adults and one child and the other room had one adult and two children. They didn’t put us on the same floor. We were on different floors. The floors were sticky if you walked barefoot. It was just really gross. I asked the front check-in guy how far the airport was from our facility and he didn’t know. It was not a good experience...

"I liked the good nights rest and the coffee! Dining area waa very nice ! I didnt like it that no one would show us how to use the plug in for our hybrid vehicle it was so hot outside we just stand there to figure it out so maybe the heat was why they didnt want to help?"

"staff was very unfriendly. I asked for a accessible room - the "bench" for the tub was on the floor - with the guest expected to lift it and put in the tub. A handicapped person?? ridiculous. And the front door was not accessible at all - trying to get into the lobby with luggage, and a very heavy door that would was not automatic, was difficult to say the least. Very, very noisy all night long with other guests. Never addressed by the staff."

"The room itself was very clean, nice decor, and convenient for a longer stay. However, the king bed we had was incredibly firm and we woke up sore both mornings. The stairwell which we were forced to take were smelly because there were garbage bags in the trash receptacles overflowing. The clerk when we checked in was initially very sweet and friendly, but it was clearly shallow, because when we had insight to give in regard to the elevator issues, she was a little rude and condescending.
