Country Cascades Waterpark Resort

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort

10/10 Excellent
"I think this hotel was amazing for young kids. So much to do to keep the kids occupied during our time spent at the hotel. I did buy the 69.99 pass to allow the kids to do more activities at the hotel. The only disappointment I would say is the rock wall was not working. Then the Lazer tag was not working. They offered 35 points at the arcade. Which got 3 tootsie rolls. Not really near what I paid for them to do the activities included in the pass. So yes that was disappointing...but all and all it was algreat stay."

"From start to finish, this place is flawless! Shouldn’t have expected anything less from Miss Dolly, but it was an absolute delight to stay here. Room was spotless, comfortable, and fresh. Minutes away from Dollywood, by trolley or car. You may pay a little more to stay here, but for the experience, the service, the perks - you won’t find a better option in the area."

"My family enjoyed our stay. The room and pool area were clean. The front desk was super nice and helpful. No big complaints. I didn’t like that we had to take our trash out to the dumpster and that they were specific about where the towels/bedding went. Not a huge deal but I paid to be on vacation so I didn’t have to worry about all those things. We’re not messy people but it’s the little inconveniences."

"Loved the resort, rooms were very clean and spacious with lots of light. The swimming area was fabulous with a large pool, slide and an area of lounging chairs in a shallow pool. Great to have a host that you could order food from and drinks during the poolside. Restaurants , longe and bar were just lovely. Would come again. Only thing I could highly suggest: You need more pool umbrella's as too hot to sit in that heat during the afternoon."
