Hotel dekat Great Smoky Mountains Expo Center

"Hallways smells like cigarettes. My None smoking room had cigarette burns in the bed spreads. Carpet was really nasty. I feel like Hotels.com change the Hotel somewhere during the checkout process. I was looking at a different place all through the process. When I looked at the Itinerary the Day Of. It was too late to cancel. I'm done with you."

"none"

"We needed a late checkout, and the attendant at the desk was able to accommodate as quickly. Thank you."

"The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet. The lobby was very clean. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained and it was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast and coffee were very good with lots of options."

"Elevator smells"

"When I checked in we were the only people in the entire hotel. When I ask the desk clerk she said business was slow. I had booked a king room. It was on the 2nd floor and they didn’t want to open it so they put us in a handicap room. When we went to the room the outside room that was supposed to be key entry had a wedge in door so it wouldn’t shut. The lock on the door didn’t work. They had two bolt locks. The handicap bath tub was so tall you had to use the rails to get in and I’m older but...

"Staff wasn’t very Friendly plus they put us way out back otherwise it was fine"

"holes kicked in walls. outlet covers missing. dirty bedding. missing light bulbs."

"Refrigerator wasn’t working, lamp beside of bed had a short, possibly mold on east wall and ceiling due to water leak from gutter."
