"Checked in around 5pm, and we’re given our keys to the room. When we got to the room, the room was open and a pile of dirty laundry was stacked in the doorway. We found a cleaning person, who was able to stop what she was doing, to move all the linens. She reassured us the room was clean."

"We booked a few hours before our stay and checked in after 9pm. The front desk guy was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious and 2 water bottles waited for us with a fridge and ice maker. Best sleep all week. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Great stay!!!!"

"I wish every hotel I stayed at was like this Holiday Inn Express in Middleton, WI. It was clean, fresh, the room (2 queens) was a great size, the bathroom was large in comparison and the beds were so comfortable. If I ever need a place to stay in WI again, I'm booking here. Also, the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend."
