Everything perfect! Location with surrounding beautiful parks, plenty top quality restaurants right next door, room clean and perfect (bath tub with a full view outside), staff very helpful and professional! Just perfect!

Solamente llegar al hotel y darme cuenta sus alrededores todos los negocios habían cerrado la isla estaba destruyéndose la jardinería en pésimo estado los alrededores terribles nada se parecía a las fotos que pasaron en el hotel.

Este hotel Hilton esta por cerrar es una pena

Terrible el hotel está en una isla que una vez fue bonita ahora está destruida descuidada se está callando a pedazos es una pena. El hotel es de dos torres una torre está cerrada las habitaciones tiene olor a humedad. Las fotos que tienen publicadas son un engaño ya nada es como las fotos que tienen. El hotel está por cerrar. Reservamos 2 habitaciones de 3 noches y solo nos quedamos 1 porque fue imposible estar ahí. No nos devolvieron el pago de las 2 noches que no nos quedamos. Tuvimos que buscar hotel en Sanya ahí nos fue de maravilla.
