"Clean room, stuff super helpful"

"It was a great hotel to stay for a night because I needed to be near the airport. I had to leave early in the morning and my partner left a few hours after me. Hotel has a shuttle bus which makes things very convenient. My partner came with me to the airport to spend one hour, and then she went back to the hotel to rest for a while before going to the airport again that was nice"

"We only stayed overnight so we didn't have time to use other amenities but I'm sure they are as goood as everything else about this hotel. We have already stayed here twice and will be staying there again everytime we go to Guangzhou. It’s a bit far from tourist spots so we used Didi but I saw a Metro station entrance closeby. There is a cheap clothes shop beside the hotel. Clothes were cheap but really good quality, a convenience store at the back and restaurants around open until late. We went...

"Wonderful stay near Baiyun Airport! Traveling with family, the airport pickup service was a lifesaver. The front desk was warm and welcoming, and check-in was lightning fast. "The rooms were functional for a transit hotel, the rooms were clean and amenities were good. We specifically booked this hotel due to the advertised balcony however it was not accessible at all. Getting to the hotel was hard because you needed to call them tomorganise pickup and as we just landed we did not have cell signal, We took a taxi instead. The free hotel drop off was handy."

"All staff members were super friendly, no matter their position – from front desk to housekeeping, everyone made us feel welcome and safe. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the hotel's own garden provided fresh air and a peaceful vibe. Even though it was fully booked during my stay, I never felt crowded. My kids could safely run around from our room to the playground without any worries, and they absolutely loved feeding the hotel's alpacas and rabbits – they wanted to interact with them...

"Ich werde das Hotel wieder buchen, besonders wegen des aussergewöhnlich freundlichem Personal. Alles was man kurzfristig braucht liegt fussläufig. Raucher bitte obere Etagen buchen, leider ist Rauchen erlaubt. Das WLAN muss besser werden, kein TV im Zimmer möglich kein Empfang. Wäre sowieso in chinesisch gewesen, aber WIFi ist ein Muss ! Auch in der Lobby ist das WLAN schwach und langsam. Vielen Dank und bis bald 🙋‍♀️"
